BEIRUT, 29 June 2005 — Lebanese singer Grace Deeb is scheduled to hold a grand performance alongside Iraqi singer Rida Al-Abdullah, at the Carthage Festival on Thursday.
This will be her first appearance at the festival. She revealed that performing at Carthage had been dream of hers since the beginning of her career.
Grace is also scheduled to take part in the Karaoke competition to choose the best Lebanese singers in Beirut and she hopes to reach the finals, which will give her the chance to compete in the World Championships in London. She is currently preparing an album, featuring eight songs by prominent Lebanese composers.
