Star Wars: Republic Commando, a unique FPS shooter installment to the never-ending Star Wars franchise developed by Lucas Arts, puts you in the boots of an elite leader of a group of four Clone Troopers as they fight through a variety of missions during the legendary Clone Wars. Graphics:
SWRC’s graphics are impressive. The ability to apply lighting bloom and pixel shading outcome is wonderful. In Addition, Characters details are sharp and well defined resulting in unique appearance. Furthermore, Environments are well detailed and wonderfully represented from the actual worlds of Star Wars.

Star Wars: Republic Commando’s sounds are stunning. The game feature soundtracks from Star wars franchise in addition to new ones. In addition, Sound effects evoke the Star Wars setting from pulsation laser shot to sharp beeping of the detonators. Moreover, Voice acting is very impressive and remarkable as each character has a unique personality that jazzes up the game.

The Multiplayer feature includes 4 different modes: standard deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the flag and assault mode. Players can play on 8 different maps capable of hosting up to 16 players.

Star Wars: Republic Commando’s campaign expands through different mission on planets from Geonosis and Kashyyyk. The player as a commander of elite unites must utilize each characters unique trait and experience to execute strategic assaults. Even though the strategy in Star wars: republic commando is not complicated or realistic, it’s still quite fun and enjoyable.

To finish off, Star Wars: Republic Commando is excellent strategy first person shooter providing intense fighting and fun from the word go. Although the campaign is short and the multiplayer is not notable, fans of Star Wars and FPS genre fans should not miss it.
