MUSCAT, 4 July 2005 — Oman’s stock market restructured its benchmark 30-share index yesterday, replacing nine stocks with more active shares to more accurately reflect fluctuations and trends on the Gulf Arab state’s bourse. A bourse statement said Oman Investment and Finance, Oman and Emirates Investment Holding and Sharqiya Investment Holding had replaced Bank Dhofar, Gulf Investment Services and Global Financial Investments.
