JEDDAH, 10 July 2005 — A delegation of Saudi businessmen are on a four-day visit to Syria to study ways of increasing Saudi exports to Syria, reported Al-Madinah newspaper. The delegation, headed by the president of the executive committee at the Saudi Exports Development Center, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Zamil, will discuss with Syrian officials the obstacles that face the export of Saudi products to Syria and finding mechanisms to remove them. The visit coincides with Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Damascus International Exhibition; there is a pavilion of Saudi products organized by the center in cooperation with the chambers of commerce and industry of the Kingdom’s regions.
