JEDDAH, 12 July 2005 — Riyadh Development Company announced profits of SR29.5 million for mid-year 2005 compared with profits for the same period last year of SR16.3 million, an increase of 81 percent. Second quarter profits reached SR17.1 million compared with SR8 million last year for the same period. Dr. Khalid Al-Deghaither, general manager of the company, said that the profits are due to the operating and renting services which reached SR51.5 million for the mid year compared to SR39.4 million. Total profits for the period increased by SR21.3 million.
