JEDDAH, 20 July 2005 — Saudi Cables Company (SCC) achieved net profits for the first half of 2005 of SR9.81 million, an increase of 161 percent compared to the same period last year. Dr. Wahib Linjawi, the company’s president and managing director, pointed to the changes in the company’s performance that began a few years ago and was reflected clearly in the company’s profits during the last two years.
