DAMMAM, 22 July 2005 — The Ministry of Commerce and Industry is reviewing a complaint filed by ready-mix concrete company in the area against cement companies in the Eastern Province because of the increase in price by 10 percent in one week. There was an increase by five percent 45 days ago, which has meant a SR30 increase per ton, Al-Watan reported.
