JEDDAH, 29 July 2005 — A royal order approved allocating a bank account for government employees who wish to clear their conscience and make up for their shortfalls at the job, reported Al-Watan newspaper. The Ministry of Finance would supervise the account that would go to the benefit of widows, divorces and youth wishing to get married as well as other charity projects.
