Applications for consular services will be received from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Aug. 18. The processed documents will be delivered on Aug. 19 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. No applications will be received on Aug. 19 and no visa or labor-related work will be done.
