Amiantit, a leader in pipe manufacture and technology, recently signed an agreement with Microsoft Arabia for products and services for its offices worldwide. The three-year deal aims at boosting Amiantit’s overall processes and control, securing all software packages in use and supporting the company’s technical and training drives around the world.
Dr. Khalid Al-Dhaher, Microsoft Arabia’s GM commented on the agreement, “It will offer Amiantit advanced tools that will enable it to function in a superior fashion in world markets. Flexibility and a remarkably reduced total cost of product ownership are some of many other advantages of services and products that Microsoft will be providing as part of this agreement.”
Amiantit Group CEO and MD Fareed Al-Khalawy believes the deal will serve his company well. “First, it will highlight the role of our company’s Common Services Department which links our operations worldwide. Second, it improves efficiency and reduces overall cost,” said Al-Khalawy. “Partnering with Microsoft Arabia is a strategic step which we hope will help consolidate our group’s presence in the Saudi market.”
ARABSOFT, an ISO-9001-certified Microsoft Arabia partner in the Kingdom, will execute the entire agreement for Amiantit.
