Al-JOUF,18 August 2005 — A special committee responsible for establishing a cement factory in Al-Jouf at a cost of SR1 billion will visit the location of the factory to study it, Al-Yaum newspaper reported. The project is expected to take 32 months and is considered one of the most important projects in the area. It should result in jobs for hundreds of Saudis.
