JEDDAH, 22 August 2005 — Ibrahim Abuljadayel, Saudi lawyer, announced the approval by the Ministry of Commerce to establish a limited partnership company. The total capital for the limited partnership company is SR150 million with total 619 partners, Madinah newspaper reported. Abuljadayel said that the company already started and they will start distributing profits once financial reports are issued.
