AL-LEETH, 23 August 2005 — A man trying to claim bankruptcy, had his pleas rejected by a judge when his cell phone exposed his financial stability, Okaz daily reported. While sitting in front of the judge, his phone rang and he answered it. The judge looked at the phone and noticed that it was a very expensive model. The judge immediately issued a decision forcing the man to pay all of his debts. The man’s bankruptcy claims fell deaf on the judge’s ears and he was sent to jail until he paid off all of his debts.
