RIYADH, 24 August 2005 — The board of directors for the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) will hold their 58th meeting for the ninth session on Sept. 14 under the chairmanship of Abdul Rahman Al-Rashid, the chairman of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce. The CSC is in the process of preparing the private sector for the phase following the Kingdom’s joining the World Trade Organization, announced the CSC Secretary General Dr. Fahd Al-Sultan. It has completed the final steps for establishing the World Trade Organization Center. Al-Rashid will be formally taking over chairmanship of the CSC from Abdul Rahman Al-Jeraisi, the chairman of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. The meeting is one of the quarterly annual meetings by the board of directors to discuss the issues on their agenda.
