RIYADH, 2 September 2005 — The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has begun taking precautions against Chinese products coming through seaport during the month of Ramadan, the Al-Riyadh newspaper reported. The products are suspected of containing cancerous elements in it. The ministry issued warnings to all entry points to prevent these products from being smuggled into the Kingdom. Laboratories have begun full inspection of products to ensure the safety of consumers.
