CALICUT, 9 September 2005 — The Kerala High Court yesterday quashed the CBI Special Court order naming top Sunni leader Kanthapuram A.P. Abubacker Musliar as the tenth accused in the murder case of a controversial religious cleric Chekannur P.K. Abul Hasan Moulavi. The High Court, after allowing Kanthapuram’s review petition, said there was no concrete evidence against the Sunni leader.
