RIYADH, 18 September 2005 — A Riyadh court rejected the lawsuit filed by one of the founders against Kayan petrochemical company, Riyadh newspaper reported. The lawsuit was about the way the company shares were distributed. Riyadh sources revealed that the company is currently finishing the legal setting-up procedures and will offer the shares in a public underwriting early 2006.
