RIYADH, 16 August 2006 — Saudi singer Abdul Aziz Al-Mansour completed the recording of his latest piece “Ma Anta Li” in Cairo recently, the Al-Watan daily reported yesterday.
The theme of the song is the strained relationship of a couple who in the beginning are deeply in love but then become total strangers living under the same roof.
UAE’s Al-Jaryan Denies Rift With Colleagues
DAMMAM, 16 August 2006 — Emirati actor Abdullah Al-Jaryan has described his participation in the Saudi serial “Awrag Sajinah” as satisfactory denying that he had any disagreement with his colleagues in the film.
“I have worked in more than one Saudi film and have respect and admiration for all my colleagues,” Al-Jaryan told the Al-Watan daily in an article published yesterday.
The actor is currently working on the play “Commercial Ads,” which will be shown at the King Fahd Amusement Park in Al-Khobar.
