MIRPURKHAS, 20 August 2006 — Thar Express yesterday left Mirpur Khas station with 362 passengers for Zero Point station at the border. Meanwhile, India’s Thar Express carrying 580 passengers will reach Monabao railway station from Jodhpur.

Pakistan’s Thar Express will reach Zero Point station at the border with the passengers at 12 noon, railway officials said.

After completion of immigration formalities of the train’s passengers Thar Express from India will be called at Zero Point for the immigration of the passengers.

Due to lack of proper facilities at Zero Point station the two trains could not stop simultaneously at the station.

After sending off the Indian Thar Express, the train from Pakistan will be called from Khokhrapar to Zero Point station.
