ASIR, 5 August 2006 — An uppity young “princess” canceled her engagement when her fiancé refused her demands that he buy her a new mobile phone, the daily Okaz reported yesterday. Despite repeated efforts by friends to convince the woman that she was being unreasonable at best and a materialistic little twit at worst, the young lady refused to change her mind. The wanna be groom cinched the cancellation of wedding plans after he sued the family of his would-be bride to re-coup the value of all the expensive gifts he had already bought the young lady.
