ARAR, 31 July 2006 — A Civil Defense fire engine, which was speeding to put out a fire in an old building in this northern border city, overturned at a curve just a short distance away from the fire, the Al-Watan daily reported yesterday. The fire department ended up sending two fire engines to the location. One to put the fire out and another to tow the first fire engine.
