JEDDAH, 20 August 2006 — The service of Prince Fahd ibn Badr as governor of Al-Jouf region has been extended to four years from Sept. 17, a royal decree by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah said yesterday. Prince Fahd holds a ministerial rank.
In another decree, the king extended the term of Saleh ibn Taha Khosaifan, adviser at the Royal Court with a ministerial rank, to four years from Aug. 18, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
