DAMMAM, 23 May 2006 — The smell of rotten flesh was so strong that police here were called to investigate, the daily Okaz reported yesterday. When they arrived it was apparent that something had died and was decomposing inside an apartment. Assuming the worst, the police entered the flat. Instead of a dead body, the cops discovered that the resident of the apartment was out of town and had forgotten to pay the electric bill. The offending odor originated from the meats rotting in the refrigerator.
