NAJRAN, 13 November 2006 — A 100-year-old man married a 19-year-old girl on his 100th birthday on Friday in the town of Najran, the daily Al-Watan reported yesterday. The wedding was attended by the man’s cheering relatives, friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The man declared in front of skeptical guests that he would beget plenty of children from his new wife. He claimed that he was as healthy and vigorous as any young man due to a strict healthy diet he had followed since he was a young man.
