QUNFUDA, 30 June 2006 — Doctors, nurses and patients at Qunfuda General Hospital have been left wonderstruck after SR300,000 worth of insulin vanished into thin air from a storeroom in the hospital, the Okaz daily reported yesterday. Diabetic patients, who need regular injections of the drug, are worried stiff and are causing an uproar while the store official is worried that he will be held responsible for the loss, which may eventually cost him his job. The director of the hospital has vowed to find and punish the culprit.
