QUNFUDA, 1 July 2006 — Doctors at a hospital here were stumped by a five-year-old’s asthma-like symptoms, the Okaz daily reported yesterday. However, specialists ruled out asthma after examining the patient. But upon examining the X-rays, the doctors found that the boy had a ring in his gastro-intestinal tract. Following the surgery to remove the ring, the boy’s breathing problems abated. Not only that, but the boy’s aunt finally found her wedding ring that had mysteriously disappeared a few weeks earlier.
