DUBAI, 5 November 2006 — Dubai Industrial City (DIC), one of the largest industrial parks in the Middle East, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, an accredited third-party registrar of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The most widely-used management system in the world, ISO 9001:2000 was awarded to DIC, a member of Tatweer, after a comprehensive audit of all its processes that affect quality, from an internal review of contracts received from customers to the final delivery of products and services.
