JEDDAH, 22 September 2006 — Mohammed Yousef Naghi Motors (MYNM), the exclusive dealer of BMW cars in Saudi Arabia, signed an exclusive dealership agreement for Alpina cars and unveiled two variants of BMW Alpina B6 car — Coupe and Cabriolet on Tuesday.
“MYNM is proud to get the sole dealership for Alpina cars in the Kingdom,” Musa Al-Aruri, general manager of MYNM, told a press conference after the signing ceremony. “The BMW Alpina B6 is based on BMW 6 Series, the most successful model that redefines the luxury car segment due to its high performance and unique innovative technologies,” he added.
Al-Aruri and Kris Odwarka, sales operations, Alpina, took part in the signing ceremony held at the Jeddah InterContinental.
Al-Aruri said that few sports cars could achieve some harmony of the BMW Alpina B6 Coupe. “For a fast, relaxed and comfortable long distance travel, the B6 is the top choice,” he said. For more than 40 years, BMW and Alpina have enjoyed a “unique and special” relationship, he said. “BMW Alpina cars are synonymous with extraordinary and exceptional performance. Whenever we refer to BMW Alpina, we mean the fulfillment of our pledge to offer a unique and exciting ownership experience to our clients.”
Both cars are equipped with V8 engine that produces 500 HP/700 Nm.
