DAMMAM, 27 September 2006 — An Egyptian worker went to local bank to make out a draft for SR35,000 and remit it to his family at home, but when he fumbled in his pocket for the bundle of riyals he found them missing, the Okaz daily reported yesterday. Recounting his steps in the day, the man remembered that on his way to the bank he was flanked by some pretty ladies who smiled and winked at him and, come to think of it, were standing awfully close to the man. The women also managed to snatch the man’s iqama (work-residency permit).
