JEDDAH, 8 October 2006 — A Saudi woman hired a group of laborers to do a little house painting. The workers commenced with their duties by moving items away from the walls to be painted, then taking those items out the front door to their vehicles parked outside, the daily Okaz reported yesterday. By the time their “job” was completed, the family had been robbed of SR18,000 ($4,800) worth of goods — and the walls were left unpainted.
