JEDDAH, 17 October 2006 — A new comedy series on MBC has just kicked off called “Ahmad etgawaz Muna” (“Ahmad Married Muna”) where each episode lasts only 10 minutes, the Okaz daily reported yesterday.
This mini-miniseries focuses on the marital problems of a newly wedded couple, including the interference from each side’s in-laws. This is the first short Egyptian comedy series that is considered appropriate for all family members.
Critics have commented that the series depicts issues that all families can relate to.
