Dana Property to Invest AED2.1bn
DUBAI, 28 November 2006 — Dana Property Development will invest AED2.1 billion to build a residential complex in the International Media Production Zone (iMPZ). An agreement to this effect was signed by Hamad Huraiz, director of the International Media Production Zone (iMPZ) and Eng. Faisal Ali Moosa Al-Naqbi, CEO of Dana Property Development. Dana Property Development plans to build 11 residential towers in iMPZ. According to the Dana Group, construction work, due to start the first quarter of 2007, will be completed by mid 2009. iMPZ has previously signed agreements with real estate groups, Damac, Fortune Group and ETA Ascon, for the establishment of residential facilities.
