RIYADH, 16 December 2006 — Prince Sultan University (PSU) has signed an agreement with Kansas State University in the US to promote joint academic and research programs and to exchange students and faculty members.
“The memorandum of understanding will help PSU students to join a tailor-made study-abroad program on our own scholarship,” said Daniel Guillaume, PSU’s director of international relations.
Guillaume was present at the signing ceremony with PSU Rector Ahmed Saleh Al-Yamani and other officials from both universities. He said that this agreement outlines six main areas of cooperation, including collaborative research projects and joint-degree programs. The study abroad program is scheduled to begin in the fall semester of next year.
