JEDDAH, 16 December 2006 — A newly wedded woman fled her bedroom on her honeymoon after discovering that her husband was a snorer — apparently a very loud snorer; in fact, he snored so loudly that the young woman broke down in tears wondering what she could do about it, the daily Al-Madinah reported yesterday. Describing snoring that was loud enough to rattle the windows of the room, the woman said she returned to her parents’ home to get some sleep. She has since demanded that her new husband receive treatment for his condition. After all, a woman needs her beauty sleep.
