MANAMA, 5 January 2007 — Lebanese singers Elissa, Diana Hadad, Wael Kfoury, and Fadel Shaker shined in Bahrain on Wednesday night as they performed in two separate concerts that drew hundreds of fans.
Elissa and Fadel performed in the first concert with Elissa kick starting the show with a combination of old and new songs.
Fadel, who is considered by many in the Arab world to be the King of Romance, followed Elissa on stage sending fans into a frenzy as he performed back to back sentimental love songs, which have made him famous across the region since the release of his first album in 1998.
Diana and Wael’s performance also drew a strong turnout of fans with Hadad taking stage first. Both concerts lasted well into the early hours of yesterday.
