Applications for consular services will be received from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 1. Processed documents will be delivered on Feb. 2 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. No applications will be received on Feb. 2 and no visa or labor-related work will be done.
