JEDDAH, 6 February 2007 — A team of the Embassy of Pakistan, Riyadh, will be in Hail on Feb. 8 and 9 to provide consular services to the members of the Pakistani community in the region. The team will set up its office at Al-Almas International School, behind King Khaled Hospital, Stadium Road. Prepared passports will be delivered on Feb. 22 between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the same place.

Another team of the Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah, will be in Bisha on Feb. 8 and 9 to renew passports, attest documents and provide other consular services to the members of the Pakistani community there. The team will set up its office in Durat Ragdan Hotel (Phone: 6223468). A NADRA team will be there to receive forms for the issuance of cards and for providing other services.

Meanwhile, a free medical camp held in the consulate premises on Friday drew a large number of people. Patients at the camp, organized by the Pakistan Welfare Society, were provided free medical checkup and medicines. Some 150 women, men and children were provided treatment at the camp. Many patients were tested for sugar. ECG tests were also conducted on some patients. Tests for Hepatitus-C were carried out on all those present at the camp.
