RIYADH, 12 February 2007 — A 15-man trade delegation from Mindanao, Philippines will arrive here on Feb. 23 for an eight-day visit to the key cities of Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah. “The trade visit to Saudi Arabia is indeed a welcome development,” Ambassador Antonio P. Villamor told Arab News yesterday. Merly M. Cruz, assistant secretary at the Department of Trade and Industry in Region X1, will head the delegation. Total trade volume between the two countries touches $2.22 billion.
