HAIL, 9 August 2007 — Authorities in Hail fined a combined seafood vendor and fish restaurant SR10,000 for trying to pass off 70 kilograms of bad fish to customers. Two workers were also fined for not having health certificates clearing them to work with food. Authorities responded after a customer complained of a bad-fish meal he purchased at the establishment, Al-Madinah reported yesterday.
