DAMMAM, 22 August 2007 — Filipinos in the Eastern Province who have business to transact with the Philippine Embassy are advised to meet with a consular team in Alkhobar on Aug. 30-31.

In a press statement, the embassy said the team to be led by Consul Romulo Victor Israel Jr. will temporarily hold office at the Al-Bustan Hotel.

The team will accept and process applications for passport renewal, authentication of documents, notarials, report of birth, report of marriage, correction of clerical error in birth certificates, and reacquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship.

The mission will receive and process applications from 8 a.m.-12 noon and 1 p.m.-4 p.m. on Aug. 30, and from 8 a.m.-12 noon on Aug. 31.
