AHSA, 22 August 2007 — A 40-year-old man reportedly had a heart attack after hearing that his eighth child was a daughter, like the seven others. The daily Al-Yaum reported the father had been praying to God for a son and refused to determine the sex of the fetus during its development. When he finally heard the news that he was the proud father of daughter No. 8, he reportedly had a heart attack and died over news of the joyous occasion.
