JEDDAH, 30 August 2007 — Pakistan’s popular singer Abrarul Haq will be the star attraction at a colorful function being organized by the Consulate General of Pakistan to mark the 60th anniversary of Pakistan’s independence, on Sept. 10 at Pakistan International School (English Section) auditorium, said Shaukat Ali, consul welfare.
“The program will showcase cultural extravaganza of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia,” he said. Local singers will also perform. The proceed from the show will be used for the welfare of flood-hit people in Pakistan.
