ABU DHABI, 6 September 2007 — Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) will host an exhibition of historical artifacts titled: ‘The Arsenal of the Russian Tsars: Treasures of the Moscow Kremlin Museums.” The exhibition, which takes place from Sept. 10 to Nov. 18 at Emirates Palace, is held in partnership with the Moscow Kremlin Museums and will display a wide range of precious exhibited objects that have never left the Kremlin grounds previously. “This important cultural event will fortify the bilateral ties between the UAE and Russia and will strengthen the cultural exchange between the two nations,” said Sheikh Sultan ibn Tahnoun Al-Nahyan, chairman of ADACH. Abu Dhabi is also hosting an Islamic exhibition entitled “A Walk into Islamic History” that will be on display from Sept. 25 to Oct. 4, 2007.
Inmarsat Low-Cost Phone Services

DUBAI — Inmarsat, the leading provider of global mobile satellite communications, has announced here yesterday the commercial availability of its new range of low-cost satellite phone services in the Middle East region. Inmarsat is offering the new handheld IsatPhone service and the fixed LandPhone service through eight distribution partners. IsatPhone, which is the first handheld satellite phone in the Inmarsat portfolio, is a dual-mode satellite/GSM phone that is targeted at business and personal users who travel or work in areas where local telephone networks are unreliable or non-existent.

Barrack Jr., the man described by Fortune magazine as “the best real estate investor in the world,” is one of a panel of more than 60 high level executive speakers at Cityscape Dubai — the world’s largest business-to-business property investment and development event — at the Dubai International Exhibition Center on Oct. 16-18, 2007. Emirates Expands Boeing Fleet

DUBAI — Emirates recently welcomed the first of its 10 Boeing 777-200LRs on order, bringing the fast-expanding airline’s fleet count to 108. This new aircraft also represents the 50th B777 to have joined the multi award-winning airline. The technically-advanced Boeing 777-200LR will make its debut for Emirates on the airline’s non-stop Dubai to Sao Paulo route which will be launched on Oct. 1.
