JEDDAH, 11 September 2007 — In an attempt to build a bridge between society and the General Presidency of Intelligence, a meeting was held here on Sunday to give the media an opportunity to learn about the presidency.
A conference titled “Information Technology & National Security Conference” will be held at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh on Nov. 3, it was announced at the meeting.
The aim of the conference is to bring researchers and intellectuals together to address utilizing modern technology in areas of social, economic and political and national security.
Meanwhile, intellectuals interested in submitting their research papers must meet requirements listed at the presidency website at: www.itns.org.sa. The deadline for submitting research and proposals is Sept. 13. People interested in attending the Riyadh conference are also advised to register their names at the website.
