JEDDAH, 23 October 2007 — Sacodeco, a member of Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) group of companies, won a contract for the construction of a commercial-residential building in Jeddah owned by Al-Rassam Trading Group.
Al-Borouj Office for Architectural Consultancy is designated as the architectural consultant of the project located at Madinah Road between Quorish and Hira’a streets.
Dr. Faisal Alaquil, business development manager and spokesman of CPC, said: “The total value of the project is SR93 million and will be implemented within 20 months on high-quality standards.” “CPC companies will provide all construction materials needed for the project” from precast concrete, marble and granite, construction steel, aluminum, electro-mechanic works and installation of cables and electrical panels.
Alaquil added that “this project achieves CPC vision as being a comprehensive contractor capable of providing all construction materials for any project without the need of other suppliers.”
CPC is a Saudi closed joint-stock company.
The group has industrial complexes in Bahra, Jeddah and Riyadh that cater to the needs of the neighboring countries as well.
