The teams will receive applications for consular services from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and deliver the processed documents tomorrow between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. New passports will be delivered on Nov. 9 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
