JEDDAH, 5 November 2007 — Al-Wehda are expected to have their hands full in their second leg match against tournament favorites ES Setif in the Arab Champions League in Algeria today.
Despite showing one of their best performances of the season the Makkah-based team failed to make use of their home crowd in the 1-1 draw last month in the first leg match against the Algerians.
Wehda need to pull a win to ensure a place in the quarterfinals. It is not going to be an easy task as they face a team that has scored many successes against the top Saudi clubs in the past few years.
Two other matches are on tap tonight. The first match brings Al-Faisaly of Jordan up against C.A. Bizertin of Tunis. Al-Wihdat of Jordan will meet Tala Al-Jaish of Egypt in the second match. The four teams will meet again for their second leg matches on Nov. 15.
