JEDDAH, 5 November 2007 — Channel 2 of Saudi Arabian Television will host Prince Abdul Aziz ibn Ahmed, honorary president of the Saudi Ophthalmologic Society, this evening.
Taking part in the program entitled “Together,” the prince will talk about the Humanitarian Kingdom’s role in preventing visual handicaps. He will also talk about “Vision 2020” and the “Right to Sight.”
Prince Abdul Aziz will highlight the efforts made by Saudi Arabia to include visual handicaps in the World Health Organization’s third strategic objective and reaching an agreement on training and rehabilitating people of special needs. He will also answer viewers’ questions.

A graduate of Riyadh’s King Saud University with a double major in political science and business administration, Abdul Aziz is an international humanitarian activist.
