DAMMAM, 30 January 2008 — A Saudi man divorced his wife after she refused to lend him money so he could buy stocks with Petro-Rabigh, Al-Yaum reported.
The wife refused to lend the man money saying she wanted to buy stocks for herself.
The husband became angry and insisted on acquiring the cash, something that the wife refused, saying she would rather give the money to her father.
Offended by her response, the husband immediately divorced the woman and threw her out of the household.
