JEDDAH — Dr. Shuwaish ibn Saud Al-Motairi has been appointed governor of the General Housing Authority (GHA) while Ahmed ibn Ibrahim Al-Hekami, deputy minister of economy and planning, the Saudi Press Agency said yesterday quoting a Royal Court announcement.
